Today Eunice and Kellie came over to our house to have steamboat. Yippee long time don't have steamboat liao. The last time I had was in Singapore with Carissa, Eric, Jermaine, Ah Ye at Shaun's place celebrating my birthday and Chinese New Year!!! Hmmm not sure next year who will be celebrating my birthday! :( Back to the topic, Eunice and Kellie will be staying at our house so that we can leave the next day for our "ROAD TRIP". This is our First steamboat and first road trip. Ha! Ha! :P
The spread was not that fantastic as compare to my last steamboat but it's very *shiok* liao! Imagine the cold weather (cause we open our door while having steamboat) and eating hot food! Yummy! We had beef, pork, salmon fish, golden mushroom, radish, meatball, fishball, xiao bai cai, seaweed, egg toufu, corn and the soup based is miso soup.
PS: Look at the fat from the beef and pork, its super shiok! Of cos, we didn't have a lot of that cause FATTENING!!!
