Dinner @ home
Today I invited Eunice over to have Chicken herbal soup which I have put into the slow cooker before I left for work. So can you image how long is being boil. More than 12 hrs of boiling. Haha! The chicken is being boiled till tender like almost melt in your mouth... Of course I cant have chicken alone right, must have some vegetables. So i decided to cook zucchini with sambal chilli (Got to learn this dish from Carissa when we started to bring our own lunch box to work. Those were the days). 3rd dish is my DIY braised peanuts which I can say it's almost the same compared to those can one. Anyone wanna that receipe, drop me an email or a msg at my chat box.

Warwick Castle
Warwick Castle is a medieval shell keep castle in Warwick, the county town of Warwickshire, England. It sits on a cliff overlooking a bend in the River Avon. Warwick Castle was used as a fortification until the early 17th century, when Sir Fulke Greville converted it to a country house. The castle is a popular tourist attraction and features one of the world's largest siege engines. It is the subject of several paintings and drawings by the 17th-century Italian master Antonio Canaletto. Warwick Castle is rumoured to be haunted; in 2006 it was featured in an episode of the television programme Most Haunted.
